Signed jar

Hello,

 

I use jfreechart and it’s very good but a window appear and the user have to
click on button to accede the soft.

pivot-charts-2.0 is signed but not these: jfreechart-1.0.13 and
jcommon-1.0.16.

Must I sign it ? or maybe it exists somewhere with a signature ?
