Thank you both, Erik and Roger. @Roger - I had not considered it from a .jar perspective methinks maybe I need to *shift my thought process. As I mentioned I am coming from the Jsp, Spring Hibernate world (web) which is a bit different. It makes sense when you explain it that way.
