Greetings.
Searched on the internet and trying to make sense of the code, but was
hoping someone here could help. I am trying to move JXLS to use PIO 3.1.
The only problem I have so far is the CellReference constructor which
appears to have changed from (int,int) to (int,int, bool, bool); Is
there a known quick resolution to this?
