Hi,
2. Rename to .zip extension
This is because you cannot zip a file by renaming the file's extension.
You will need a zip utility to create the zip file. If you do that
then the file ought to be preserved (and identical) when you extract it.
There are quite a few zip utilities - google is your friend.

2. After clicking "Yes", I get "Excel cannot open the
file'xxx.xlsx' because the file format or extension is not valid"
Any Ideas how I can recreate a xlsx file after unzipping it?
