Forgive me please, but I not quite sure what exactly you wish to do and would ask whether you can let us have a few more details please?
Are you saying you want to place the whole of an html document into a cell, a single tag, an element, etc? What do you want to do with the images, and how is Excel to display the worksheet once you have completed it - remembering that Excel can render html markup?
