I've tried this:

FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream("dmgg5o5e.xls");
InputStreamReader isr = new InputStreamReader(fis,
"UTF8");
fs = new POIFSFileSystem(isr);

but the PoiFSFileSystem don't accept a variable of this
type...
Any idea?
