Can't not find HSSFChart in POI 3.7 beta1?

Hi everyone,
According to http://poi.apache.org/changes.html, version 3.7 beta1 has a few
support for HSSFChart.
And even in 3.7 beta1 API, I can see HSSFChart.
However, it seems that HSSFChart is missing from the
poi-3.7-beta1-20100620.jar?

Any help appreciated.
