OK.  I can use my XSSFExcelExtractor instance in the POIXMLTextExtractor's 
constructor, and I can use that POIXMLTextExtractor instance in the 
POIXMLPropertiesTextExtractor's constructor.  But I still don't see a 
method to specify a "key" string and retrieve the associated property 
value.
