Nick Test created and logged with bugzilla. Have recompiled and run the test against 3.8 beta1 just to ensure that any recent changes have not addressed the issue and the test still fails - the file created by streaming is still empty even though the correct information is streamed out; verified this by simply writing it to a file on my disc.
