Also I found another formula : =*COUNTIF(T2,"*"&"Geography"&"*")  *which
should return 1 is returning 0.

T2 contains Target Geography in all. Again the above formula does not return
any error but simply wrong value.
And also if I skip evaluation excel calculates the correct value ie 1.
