I think most bits you wanted are done by Tika already
For the rest, create a word file with a few bits in, and save. Now, take a
copy, and add the styling. Unzip both (.docx is a zip of xml files) and
diff - that'll show you what gets set for the style. Grab the appropriate
CT object and you're away
(Then please send in a patch to make it easier!)
