I'd suggest you create a base file without the resize. Then, use excel to
do the sizing. Now, use BiffViewer to see the difference between the
files, and hopefully spot the change that was made. Finally, POI should be
able to make the appropriate changes for you (possibly only at the record
level though), once you know what's needed!

2003 and there is an option in View->Sized with Window option which
fits the chart area on sheet (of the window size). But now I have to
use Excel 2010 which does not have this option in View menu. I wonder
if I can achieve this via some method (poi api)?
