Hi, You can try to fix them in your local copy of codebase and send us patches back, so we will include them in future versions of poi.
1) To report bugs, and, if possible, submit patches to current codebase, use bugzilla: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?product=POI 2) To access current project codebase use SVN: http://poi.apache.org/subversion.html 3) May be the simpliest way to fix bug, if they are found during file change, is to duplicate those changes manually and compare your result file with file created by POI to find the dirrefence.
