I don't think we expose support for that, sorry. It'll be down in the record level, but nothing bubbles up into the usermodel
You'd probably find it much easier to do with XSSF (the .xlsx file format is a bit saner for hyperlinks), if you can get your source data in .xlsx rather than .xls?
Otherwise, if you do get it working by digging down into the hssf records, we'd love a patch!
