Normally for this sort of thing, the cell value is stored in the first
cell in the region, and the rest are blanked out, but sometimes it goes
elsewhere (excel seems to do some odd things from time to time...)
I'd suggest you try using BiffViewer (in hssf.dev) to identify exactly
which cell has your value in, there's a good chance it'll be a different
one in the range
