SXSSF only provides you functionality exposed in public spreadsheet
interfaces. Any tricks outside of the interface methods are not
supported.

This means that there is no access to CTRowImpl and will never be. If
we decide to support row spans then we should add a "span" variable to
SXSSFRow and make sense of it when writing row data in the output
writer.
