Hi Nick,

Thank You for the reply. i am not sure how the excel file was created.but
when i go for enable active content and save as option or directly save as a
file in excel (2007/2010) then i am not getting this exception.

i ididn't understand what is the difference again if we save as different
excel in to my local and that is working without this exception.

could you let me know is this save as option is a temporarily fix?
