Mark, I am very glad that you replied to my email. From your questions you seem to know your stuff, and I am gladly trying to answer your questions. However, let me make this simpler for you: Could you tell me why when I run this code, it row hight is incorrect and the cells are not expanded fully.
So, my general question is this: on XSSF the cell hights are expanded fully but on HSSF, they are not. My users tell me when you use XSSF and creating me XLSX files they all look good but when I use HSSF and create the XLS file the CELLS are squashed together and not fully expanded. Could you answer this question first and then, I will be more than happy to answer your original questions.
