Hi Mark, thank you so much for the detailed information. I was also suprised with the xml-format of bookmark for table cell. And it reminds me a situation, when the some cells in a table can be merged and link only to one bookmark. But I dont think it often happens. Because the Word writer wants to have a cleared definition and range of bookmark for users if he wants users to put words later in it. And users can also write more paragraphs inside of a cell if he wants.
But in case of many cells are merged and linked to one bookmark. I prefer not to merge all contents of cells together but to get any one of them independently. For example, I would like to get back a list of cell-contents, so that I could access each one I want. I also think that there are rowFirst and rowLast attributes for a merged cells.
