Hi! Currently i convert an excel file to .csv. Unfortunately there are blank cells that are percentage formatted with the option "with two decimal places". Reading normal percentage formatted blank cells with no decimal places or blank cells with standard format is no problem, but i can not read these other blank cells with two decimal places. I tried to change the dataformat but that didn't work...but there is the possibility that the way i do it, isn't the right one. Tanks in advance for your help!
