Apache POI Insert File

Hello Apache POI team,

I've been a user of this API for the past few months. I've never had any 
problem with it. I would just want to ask if it is possible to insert a 
File using the POI. This can be done in MS Excel by Insert > Object > 
Create From File Menu.
