Hi Andi,

Sorry for the delay.  It took some time to obtain an encrypted XLS 
that does not contain sensitive data.

I have uploaded it to the bug and added a note there (and flipped the 
status... hope that was right).

PS. Per your other posting, I verified that we have the right JCE 
version;  no change.
