Hi Lokesh, sorry for a not-ready-to-use answer, but I simply would need to fiddle around with it back home and I prefer that you will do it in your $dayjob ...
So my understanding of any Office template file is, that it's centrally available in your organization. If you create a slideshow based on a template, there should be a reference somewhere in the pptx pointing to that template file. If someone changes the template, your slidelayouts/masters should also change automatically. Afaik I understand you, you simply want to create a pptx with the same formatting as defined in the template, which (I assume) shouldn't depend on that central template file. So as Mark (and I) said, "Open the template file with Powerpoint and resave it as a pptx file. " and then use that new pptx file for Java/POI processing. Disclaimer (again): I would need to confirm that reference handling mentioned above, but it's easy for use to test it on your own ...
