Internally all pio recommenders get user history from the EventServer before consulting the model to get recommendations, This seems to have timed out for that query. I don’t think this is a PIO parameter but would check to see if the EventServer is setup to respond quickly. If not you will get popular items as results and the query will take longer than it should.
