Hi,

will the sbt plugin be updated https://github.com/PredictionIO/pio-build to
the 0.10.0-incubating release? it does not seem to find the artifacts for
addSbtPlugin("org.apache.predictionio" % "pio-build" % "0.10.0-incubating")
