Provide JDK 11 release in Maven repo (especially to include Trino plugin)

Hi,

Have there been any plans to add the JDK 11 assembly artifacts to Ranger's
Maven repo? In particular, will we be able to see the Trino plugin at
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ranger/ranger-distro/2.4.0/?
