Bosco/Dale, the checkbox not showing up might be an upgrade issue ( need to verify, not sure ) Other than that there is no reason for the checkbox to not be present.
However, once the property is added to custom property i think the checkbox should be visible again. Dale, can you please confirm the checkbox is present after adding to the custom properties.
