I found the problem. I just add the directive:

JkOptions     +ForwardURIEscaped

to the mod_jk configuration.

Now it is working. Thank you.

Could there be some other URI encoding setting you need to make in
Apache HTTPD or in JBoss, since Tomcat is "embedded" in JBoss?
