Hmm... pretty bizarre problems. Sound like file corruption. Those problems should be reported to the folks who run rollerthemes.com. Some of the rollerthemes.com themes were donated to the Roller Support (http://roller.dev.java.net) project and I spent some time testing them with Roller 4.0.
