Thanks for the quick reply, but the URI is encoded, for example, 
http://206.123.115.234/roller/blogmont/search?q=%E4%BD%A0%E5%A5%BD. Also 
everything works well except the search. I think the search has something to do 
with the underlying system encoding, because when I did tests on a chinese 
windows system, the search worked well. Has somebody had the same problems 
before ?
