Yes, You can use a link to your blog with the month and year and it will display it. (thanks to Dave Levy)
For example: http://cgis.jpost.com/Blogs/fendel/date/200806 where http://cgis.jpost.com/Blogs/ - is your site fendel - the name of the blog and /date/200807 will indicate the dates.
