This has been happening on my server for over a year now. I've never
been motivated to fix because I'm in the habit of hitting refresh
now. ;-)

This is definitiv no session problem on my installation because this
error occurs even after restarting my TomCat and logging in. I could
push my reload button multiple times but this error does not vanish.
