You could try any hosting company that gives you a virtual server.  You will
probably have to install Java, Application server your self.  Just make sure
you get enough memory.
I use a company call vaserv.com with a brand of cheapvps.co.uk.  UK and US
hosted/  Its called cheap because there is little support other than the
initial install of the operating system.  Having said that it works out
quite well for me.
