First of all, Roller 5 has not been released and, generally speaking, should only be used if you want to be a Roller developer and help out with development or you want to help us test Roller 5.
Second, if you want help you you will need to be more specific. Check out the Tomcat log files. Look at the roller.log file and try to find the 20 or 30 lines of stack trace that indicate the problem that is happening. Then send that to the list.
