I see my resources in the Media File manager, but they are empty, the
images are not there. There are no errors or warnings in the logs files.
I got everything back when I rolled back to 5rc1.

You should not have to migrate again. Do you see resources in the
Media File manager interface? Anything in the logs indicating problems
with media resources?
