Hi I am having trouble duplicating your issue. Can you provide us with some information about your setup?
Which version of Roller are you using? Which theme are you using? (maybe the theme changes it to small letters) Which operating system are you using? Attached is my Blog setting and the resulting title being displayed. I am using a customized version of the Sotto theme in Roller 4 on windows and it seems to respect the capitalization. Is this what you are talking about? Let us know how you are setup and any other information that you think might help.
