Actually, my original suggestion was correct but needed more detail.
Download and open the roller-for-Tomcat ZIP
(http://apache.petsads.us/roller/roller-5/v5.0.1/bin/), open the
roller-5.0.1-tomcat.war inside it, in its WEB-INF/lib, open up the
roller-weblogger-web-5.0.1.jar and it's inside that JAR at the top
level. I just did that right now to confirm it. (web-inf/classes is
for the future Roller 5.1 only.)
I don't use Windows or the rich text editor, so am unsure why
copy-and-paste from Windows is not working for you. Can you
copy-and-paste into a graphical tool and then save it as a .png or a
.jpg first, and *then* try to copy it into your editor? Straight copy
and paste from print screen probably wouldn't work if Windows uses
something non-standard to save the image.

I suppose my roller uses this file I copied in install directory
before installation. I've to do my own research.
The second problem is an entry, that contains image image I paste from
print screen in Win7. When I paste an image I copy from web it's OK.

I stand mistaken...open up the WAR again, and look in the
WEB-INF/classes folder, you'll see the files there.
Your photo did not make it to the mailing list, I'm unsure exactly
what your other problem is. Images you normally add via File
Upload, and then link to within your blog text entry, for example:
<a href="http://dcacm.org/"; title="ACM DC Chapter"><img
src="http://www.jroller.com/gmazza/resource/dcacmlogo2008jpgformat.jpg";
alt="DC ACM logo"/></a></td> They're not saved like regular text.

Another problem I have is saving entry including image from
