[ANNOUNCE] TightBlog 2.0 Released!

Based originally on an Apache Roller fork (but no longer Apache 
Roller).  Main enhancement from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0 is a switch 
from Struts to a REST API-based architecture using Spring and the 
addition of a tag management page.  A product to consider if you're 
looking for a new Java-based blogging system.
