Sorry, I'm using ServiceMix-1.0-M2.  I'm not using the bundled version of
Spring, I'm using spring 1.2.3 vanilla.

I solved this problem by removing the two classes in javax/xml/namespace
from the stax-api-1.0.jar.  Any ideas why this was causing a problem?  I
looks like a classloader issue, but I'm not sure why I'm getting it.

Hi Mathew,

you didn't mention what version of ServiceMix you are using.
This latest issue looks like you're picking up the Spring version shipped
with ServiceMix.

We will look into the stax issue - and make sure it's included in the
distribution.
