Hi, This may or may not be related, but try deleting the ./wdir/defaultJBI folder before launching ServiceMix.. I remember I had weird results when reusing a wdir/defaultJBI folder when changing some stuff in the JBI components / Spring..
Are you running the BPEL example as shipped with servicemix 1.0.1, without any modification ?
