You're right Guillaume,

It's best to separate the binding component (supplied by ServiceMix) from the 
service that can reused on the bus.
What SOAP binding component from Service Mix can be used (its name) ? I suppose 
a WSDL document can be getted from this component ?

Your pojo would the service engine and it could be used by other services on 
the bus.

There is one, but you must switch to the jms flow to use it. Look for 
org.servicemix.client.RemoteClient.
Else the jbi compliant way is to use a binding endpoint like http or jms.
