I also remarked, by cleanning my environnement that the file state.xml is not generated for the service assembly under directory soap-binding\wdir\defaultJBI\service-assemblies\soap-demo\version_1 then ServiceAssemblyLifeCycle.getRunningStateFromStore() return null and not the good state then the SU associated to this SA are not well configured.
