I used shale version 1.0.1 (struts-shale-20060121.zip), everything is just
fine. But I want to update to the latest version
shale-framework-1.0.3-SNAPSHOT (shale-framework-20060713.zip).
Tomcat server (version 5.5.15) can be started, but the first login page
doesn't display. The following error was displayed in Tomcat Log file:

Hmm ... line 617 is *inside* the exception handler that rethrows the
exception. Just above or below this one, there should also be an exception
report that starts with "caused by" ... most likely pointing to one of the
lines within range 611-615 in VariableResolverImpl. Could you please post
that stack trace as well?
