Working with JEE 6 security annotations

Hi, List,

I am trying to integrade a JEE 6 application with Shiro-based components.
I would prefer to use Shiro security, but the app users JEE annotations, i.e. 
@RolesAllowed
Is there any way to bridge the two systems?
