I used the AmsServer code you provided however when I launch the server,
login.html is not accessible. I wonder if I have to create a jetty resource
handler for picking the login.html up or shiro's filter will do that out of
the box?
When I launch the server and trying to login I get this:
HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /ams/login.html. Reason:
Not Found
