I just wanted to give an update on the Shiro community beyond this list, so its on everyone's radar:
- If you're in the Bay Area, we started a Shiro Meetup. We'll be hosting monthly tech talks in SF and on the Peninsula, with beer and pizza. The first one is this Wednesday at the Stormpath office: http://www.meetup.com/Apache-Shiro-Meetup/ Join us! - I'm organizing ongoing tech talks across the US, where Les (and hopefully some of you) will be presenting. I will announce these as they are scheduled, but let me know if you have a cool project you want to pimp. - Now that Shiro is over 100,000 organizations, we get a lot of questions about where to find Shiro developers. So there's now a Shiro LinkedIn group (http://www.linkedin.com/groups/Apache-Shiro-User-Group-4382576). Join, post job listings, news and events. I'm going to send out some invites soon, but anyone can join or start a discussion. - And if you're tweeting about Shiro, ping @apacheshiro, and it will get magically retweeted to the community. There's been some great educational content and discussion in the Shiro twitterverse lately, so if you're a tweeter, its a good follow.
