I am very confused by all things Shiro. As much as I like the idea of it I seem to have nothing but trouble getting it working.
Right now I am trying to authenticate an Oracle database. My login screen appears and I type in username and password, but I never get authenticated and I can not tell why. There are no errors showing in the log, but I can't for the life of me tell if it is even connecting to the database, or if it is actually doing a comparison between what is in the database and what I am supplying in the login form. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
