It is maintained, but it is the summer, and people have busy schedules and jobs :) For example, I was on vacation for 2 weeks and just got back a few days ago. I'm sure much of the Shiro dev team (of which there are about 5 of us) have been very busy lately. That said, 2.0 is a real priority for the project, and we hope to have more work on it completed this quarter.
