not speaking for Shiro, I can only repeat what I have written many
times before: Open source is provided by volunteers in their spare
time, who often aim to solve their own needs and share their solutions
so others can benefit.
You are welcome to either provide code or to sponsor an implementation.
Open source provides you with all the freedom, but their is no contract
or obligation.

You seem to have a goal for a release or development project. Please
understand, that your goals or concerns do not necessarily match the
interest of the developers.
If you want to rely on services, then maybe look for an entity
providing SLAs and being accountable for money.
