SIS does not yet support EPSG version 10, but we plan to support it. It
is hard to commit on dates however. The schedule for SIS work as I see
it are:
1. Complete current work on raster reprojection.
2. Review the work on OGC filters. This is blocking item 3 below.
3. Merge "geoapi-4.0" branch on master.
4. Release Apache SIS 1.1.
5. Upgrade referencing classes to the model defined in latest ISO 19111
revision (published in 2019). This is required for points 6 and 7 below.
6. Upgrade Well Known Text (WKT) format to lastest ISO 19162 revision
(published in 2019).
7. Upgrade EPSGFactory to version 10 of EPSG schema.
8. Implement a reader for the datum shift grid file format currently in
development at OGC.
